The borderland between Poland and Ukraine. Zoja comes to Poland to sell goods at a local market, together with her brother, but soon escapes from work in order to meet Ika, a friend she has not seen for a long time. The teenage girl has just buried her father. The tension and closeness arising between the girls is misinterpreted by one of them.

Klara (23) and Adrian (25) are a couple. They spend their free time taking care of their dog and watching a 90s TV series, which action takes place in a fictional paradise. The pompous and luxurious life of the protagonists is also a space where they can freely express their emotions and feelings. For Klara, an unattainable model to which she subconsciously strives. When Adrian proposes to her in unusual circumstances, the girl doesnt know how to deal with it. Inspired by the action of the TV series, she tries to end the relationship in various, absurd ways.

The film tells a story of elderly woman Halina, who makes a difficult decision and stands up for justice and her own dignity. Settling the Score is an attempt to address the problem of marginalization of elderly peoples needs and their quality of life. In its form, the film is consistent and well thought through. It allows the viewer to freely interpret the plot and bitterness of its humorous finale.

A crossword is a puzzle that usually takes the form of a square or a rectangular grid of white and black squares. The game's goal is to fill the white squares with letters, forming words or phrases, by solving clues leading to the answers. An old man is solving a crossword containing various clues. Some of them are easier, some tougher, but they are all related to events in his life. Is it just a way to kill the time or maybe it's going to be something more important for him?
